Welcome to Range Valley Engineering Limited extrusion toolmakers, die systems and thermoplastic profile and pipe extruders.

RVE custom die systems are manufactured for the processing of various polymers (e.g. PVC rigid+ Flexible polypropylene, ABS, TPE, TPR, EVA, Nylon.6/12).

Decades of experience ensuring maximum performance and reliable trouble free production.

All our apprentice trained die-makers and technicians transform customer requirements with the aid of advanced design software. Our highly qualified die-makers are all trained at tool making apprentice colleges with advanced use of modern tool making techniques.

At Range Valley Engineering (RVE) you'll find the most up to date design processing and production techniques.

Tooling requirements from single strand profiles or tubes to multistrand profiles, cable extrusions and co extrusions. Skilled die-makers with years of practical 'hands on' experience tune customer dies on 2 different extrusion lines in the RVE Test house, this guarantees reliable satisfactory production.

All die systems are trial tested and delivered ready for production or alternatively can be tuned on site by RVE technicians to the customer's satisfaction.

RVE also supply profile extrusions to numerous industries. In-house extrusion lines both single screw and twin screw with a range of 10kg hr to 200kg hr throughput.
