Here at Range Valley Engineering, we have lead the way in UK manufactured extrusion tooling since 1961.
Over the years, our dedicated team has developed a unique tooling system that reduces manufacturing times and allows us to fine tune the tooling more swiftly and efficiently, thus reducing lead times.
We design and manufacture all tooling in house using the very latest Solid Works CAD system and Charmilles EDM machinery.
Range Valley Engineering launched the UK's first fully approved total PVCu window system with Weatherseal in 1978. This enables us to quote for window profiles, general purpose trade extrusions and complex profiles based on our experience.

Range Valley Engineering and Standring Brothers employee, Ella Standring, was recently awarded Engineering Apprentice of the Year.
Her achievement is a testament to the training programme in place at Range Valley Engineering and Standring Brothers.
Our numerous in-house toolmakers are all delighted with her award together with completed City and Guilds modules and a Diploma in Science, Engineering and Manufacturing Technologies.
We aim to encourage excellent young engineers like Ella to be a part of the engineering and toolmaking industry in the UK.
